May 3, 2012- 2SQ Is pleased to announce we have compleated our first CNC Jig Grinder Conversion (Moore 8400 with X,Y,C,U,Z,&Z1 axes) into Thomas Kitting LTD of Billingshurst England. All is going well and we look forward to doing additional business with them.
March 10, 2012 - Converting a tired old CNC Jig grinder with a new control isn't always the answer to making good parts. Most of the accuracy comes from the spindle bearings and the relationship between the w axis and the flatness of your table.
Providing solutions to better accuracy is what 2SQ is all about.

Preparing a Moore CNC Jig Grinder for shipment is just as important and setting the machine up at installation. You can cause alot of damage if the machine is not preped right. Pitting the ways distroys the machine. A few tips are: 1) Always block the counter weight with the right counter weight block. 2) Remove the rollers from the table and base and ship the machine without the table and saddle on the machine. 3)Always ship on a skid. 4) Oil everything you can see that is shinny.
